At Exyte, we're driven by a shared vision of innovation and excellence. As a Construction Supervisor - Process System, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of high-tech industries like semiconductors and batteries.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the construction of high-tech industrial projects, focusing on Process System expertise
  • Ensure timely and high-quality project execution, coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders
  • Monitor and document construction progress, reporting to construction managers and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
  • Collaborate with site teams, inspecting and accepting projects, and resolving defects
  • Verify submitted documents from subcontractors and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or entry-level candidate with engineering degree
  • Experience in construction management is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards
  • Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and stay on site for 5 days during project assignments
  • Intercultural competence, team spirit, and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, for effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities
  • German driver's license class B
