Exyte's Visionary Construction Management Role

At Exyte, we're driven by ambitious goals, and we're looking for a like-minded individual to join our team as a Construction Management Supervisor. As a key member of our construction management team, you'll oversee high-tech industrial projects, focusing on Process System management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure construction projects are completed on schedule and meet high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, overseeing activities on construction sites.
  • Document construction progress and report to construction managers.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
  • Attend site inspections, acceptance inspections, and meetings.
  • Record defects and track defect resolution progress.
  • Verify submitted documents from subcontractors.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or entry-level candidate with an engineering degree.
  • Experience in construction management is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards.
  • Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and stay on site for 5 days during project assignments.
  • Intercultural competence, team spirit, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in German, both written and spoken, to ensure effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities.
  • German driver's license class B.
