About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Net Revenue Management Excellence Manager to join our team at Essity. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the Net Revenue Management (NRM) culture and capability roadmap for our Consumer Goods business across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the NRM culture & capability roadmap for a business unit, collaborating with key regional stakeholders.
  • Lead BU-wide capability-building projects, such as the NRM Academy, developing content, delivering training, and managing relationships with external partners.
  • Own the business unit's suite of NRM playbooks, ensuring they are up-to-date, aligned, and adopted.
  • Drive the implementation of the business unit's ways of working through pilots and partnerships with regional teams, monitoring and reporting activities across geographies.
  • Lead the assessment of NRM maturity across geographies, measuring and communicating progress, celebrating and leveraging success.
  • Stay at the forefront of best-in-class processes across NRM pillars, bringing external expertise into the business unit's way of working.
  • Create a new access point for NRM resources.
  • Be an influential part of Essity's NRM community.
  • Define and implement the method for benchmarking Essity's NRM maturity versus its peers.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience within the FMCG industry, preferably in commercial or strategic business roles.
  • Proven experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) / Net Revenue Management (NRM) / Commercial Strategy / Market Strategy & Planning (MS&P) within FMCG / CPG or Management Consulting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to stay in control of large complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating across diverse and international teams.
  • In-depth understanding of key NRM concepts, including Brand Portfolio Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), Mix Management, Promotion Strategy, and Trade Investment.
  • Ability to pioneer new ways of working within Essity, driven to deliver organizational behavioral change.
  • Experience leading with personal influence, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Practical, supportive, and principled, with the ability to collaboratively problem-solve and break barriers to execution of new processes and playbooks.
  • Engaging and positive, with a motivating driving force from within high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% per month.
