Digital Sales Product Owner

At PAYBACK GmbH, we're looking for a seasoned product owner to drive the growth of our digital sales business. As a Senior Product Owner, you'll be responsible for creating solutions that meet the needs of both our customers and the business.
With a strong technical understanding and experience in the affiliate sector, you'll work closely with our development teams to design and implement end-to-end product solutions. Your expertise in data flows and models will be invaluable in helping us make data-driven decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- You'll be the CEO of your products, creating product roadmaps and ensuring solutions are valuable and viable.
- You'll understand business, partner, and customer needs, designing end-to-end product solutions that meet these needs.
- You'll know product KPIs, iterate, and optimize the product based on insights.
- You'll work in a Digital Sales Trinity with the Business Owner and Technical Owner, as well as closely with development teams, to implement new innovative products and iterations of existing products.
- You'll manage internal stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into product solutions, user stories, and technical requirements.
- You'll establish the link between business requirements, user needs, data science, engineering, and analytics.
Your Profile:
- You have several years of sound professional experience as a product owner for eCommerce in the affiliate sector, with a very good technical understanding and knowledge of how systems work end-to-end.
- You enjoy working with data flows and models, as well as interfaces.
- In addition to frontend, you also have a love for backend & data.
- You enjoy strategic issues as well as managing complexity.
- You're characterized by a hands-on attitude and enjoy implementing products - from the idea to writing the user story and implementation to the go-live (as part of a/your scrum team).
- You're confident in stakeholder management and can weigh up different interests, mediate, and find solutions.
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
