Our Digital Farming unit is a newly established global team that uses digital solutions to help us achieve our goal. We are building solutions for farmers, constructing hardware and sensors, crunching satellite data, applying artificial intelligence, and turning research results into solutions.

Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with experience driving growth in the digital environment and handling both internal and external business communication. This role will be responsible for localizing and executing the commercial roll-out, moving the needle on central KPIs.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and has the ability to connect product capabilities to customer insights and needs. They will generate buzz about existing and new product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate marketing and PR activities in collaboration with regional and central teams, overseeing execution and optimization across multiple channels based on needs and efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and external agencies/resources in the creation of messaging/content and marketing assets across all channels (digital/offline).
  • Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
  • Develop and retain internal stakeholder relationships across different European regions, providing in-depth information to interested stakeholders.
  • Track marketing and sales data, analyze, and communicate relevant KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Help adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
Requirements
  • A very good understanding of agriculture, farming, and precision agriculture.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and a track record of running successful growth initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and spoken German and English language skills.
  • A university degree in agronomy, marketing, business, or other relevant academic discipline.
