About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Working Student to join our team at Quantis. As a Marketing Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting our Global Marketing Team in researching and shaping materials on critical environmental and business-related topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, ensuring engaging content and effective communication with our audience.
  • Support leadership communications, including drafting and editing key messages, press releases, and other marketing materials.
  • Execute various marketing tasks, such as:
    • Event planning and coordination, including logistics, invitations, and presentation decks.
    • Market research and analysis, monitoring our positioning and local word-of-mouth online and offline.
    • Social media content creation and posting.
    • Website updates, including localizing global content in German and creating local content.
    • Local email marketing activities, performed in German.
    • Managing inbound press requests in German.
  • Provide Hubspot (CRM/Marketing Automation) support as needed, including managing inbound leads.
  • Internal communications for our branch.
  • Coordinate with our team for global marketing initiatives.
  • Support with PowerPoint presentations.
  • Facilitate and maintain our headshot and bios.
  • Coordinate translations of global content into German.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of English.
  • Native-Level German speaker.
  • Functional understanding of Microsoft Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with an ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Currently enrolled at University, with further enrollment planned for another 6 months at least.
  • Ideally pursuing an Academic degree in Marketing and/or Communications and/or Natural Sciences with a strong desire to work in science communication.
  • Teamwork attitude, accountability, and entrepreneurial/doer/start-upper approach.
  • Ability to cope with fast-paced contexts and environments.
  • Passionate about sustainability.
  • Willingness to learn and to grow on the job.
