We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Sales Intelligence team at Bonial International GmbH. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into knowledge to enable informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to support decision-making, identifying opportunities and issues, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments on initiatives, tracking implementation strategies for new products and data quality.
  • Develop relevant metrics and create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to facilitate business-critical decision-making.
  • Proactively identify opportunities where data can influence product and marketing strategy.
  • Improve data practices, tools, and best practices within Bonial.
Requirements
  • A degree in business, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field, with a strong passion for analytics and data.
  • Able to understand and incorporate the big picture into analysis, with well-structured, analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex analysis to a non-technical audience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a drive to make recommendations that positively impact Bonial.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in data, with fluency in SQL and strong knowledge in a programming language.
  • Good experience with data visualization tools and big data tools.
  • Fluent English communication skills, with German and/or French as a bonus.
