Head of Green Power Pricing and Structuring Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Green Power Pricing and Structuring to join our team at Uniper.

As a key member of our Green Power Portfolio Team, you will be responsible for managing a team of pricing and product structuring experts responsible for providing pricing to origination and sales colleagues.

You will provide leadership to develop, monitor and improve pricing methods and models with a focus on green power, working together with relevant stakeholders including the Quant team.

Key responsibilities include leading the buildout of current pricing capability in-step with expansion strategy of the Green Power (GP) business across Europe and types of product offerings.

You will also support GP Portfolio Management and GP Portfolio Strategy formulation by providing insights from structuring and modelling perspective.

Additionally, you will enable best-in-class execution process for deals and develop a high-performance team culture with a strong focus on financial performance, customer-oriented mindset, operational excellence and collaboration across the Uniper organisation.

About You

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience of developing power pricing models and structuring products.

You should have a growth mindset with a proven ability to scale a business at pace and demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, and management experience of managing a multi-cultural, diverse team.

Excellent commercial awareness and detailed knowledge of energy markets, regulations and risk frameworks; understanding of customer/counterparty drivers are essential.

Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organisation are also required.
