We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Green Power Portfolio Strategy team at Uniper.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for expanding Uniper's Green Power portfolio, aligning with the company's corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate with commercial functions, such as Global Origination and Commercial Strategy, to formulate business strategy.
  • Manage a team of portfolio strategy and product development experts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery.
  • Lead product development, championing implementation in close collaboration with other Power teams, Global Origination, and Sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging market regulations and trends affecting the Green Power portfolio, providing commercial feedback into applicable consultation processes.

About You

  • Excellent commercial awareness and detailed knowledge of energy markets, regulations, and customer needs.
  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and proven ability to help scale a business at pace.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership and lead diverse teams and/or projects.
