Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Painter to join our team at AGILIOS Personal GmbH. As an Aircraft Painter, you will be responsible for applying coatings to aircraft components and assemblies in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply coatings to aircraft components and assemblies using spray guns and brushes.
- Ensure coatings meet specified thickness and quality standards.
- Inspect components for defects, damage, and completeness.
- Verify availability of parts and materials, report shortages.
- Prepare and set up coating equipment and tools.
- Mix and apply coatings according to specifications.
- Remove defects and imperfections from coatings.
- Perform optical inspections and document results.
- Transport components to the drying oven.
- Perform all tasks in accordance with version-specific specifications (e.g., building plans, standards, regulations, 80-T, MTM-Handbook, AIPS, MHB, QMH).
Requirements
- Completed technical training as a painter and varnisher (m/f/d), coating technician (m/f/d), vehicle painter (m/f/d), industrial painter (m/f/d), building and object coating technician (m/f/d), painter (m/f/d), or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in the field of coating, surface treatment, surface coating, and/or spray coating (airless, cup/gun spray, etc.) preferably from the aerospace or automotive industry.
- Availability for 3-shift work and overtime.
- Structured and meticulous working style.
- Team and communication skills.
