Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an A320 Aircraft Structure Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of aircraft components, ensuring the highest level of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 4-week training program to become a certified Aircraft Structure Specialist

  • Learn to work according to specifications and valid standards

  • Learn to assemble individual parts and subgroups through drilling, milling, grinding, and forming of sheets and profiles

  • Learn to apply joining techniques such as riveting, screwing (tightening of nuts and screws, self-locking nuts, annular nuts), bonding (wet installation of connection elements), and securing (wire and splint)

  • Learn to process universal rivets (full rivets), blind rivets (NAS, MS, EN), and pass rivets (Hi-Lite, Hi-Lock, VERI-Lite, LOCKBOLT)

  • Learn to process sealants and cold cleaners

  • Learn to assemble assembly groups

  • Learn to work in accordance with quality guidelines and document accordingly

Requirements

  • Hold a completed technical vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), precision mechanic (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d), machine builder mechanic (m/f/d), body builder (m/f/d), motor vehicle mechanic (m/f/d), motor vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d), automobile mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d), tool mechanic (m/f/d), machining mechanic (m/f/d), mechanical engineer SHK (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d), part inspector (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification

  • Bring several years of experience in the field of production, processing, manufacturing, and assembly of metal parts, components, and assembly groups

  • Receive a qualification as a structural mechanic (m/f/d) (www.agilios-akademie.de) (www.strukturmechaniker.de)

  • Have MS Office basic knowledge

  • Have English basic knowledge

  • Bring 3-shift readiness and overtime readiness

  • Have a B/3 driving license and a car

  • Have a structured, careful, and result-oriented way of working

  • Be team- and communication-capable
