Electrician/ Battery Assembly Technician

**12-month position with possible extension**

**Your role and your team**:
You will report directly to the "Battery Assembly Lead" and work with our production team. The battery assembly team takes care of all the processes involved in assembling the power supply system and supplies state-of-the-art battery technology for our jets.

**Your everyday life**:

- Responsibility for safety, adherence to deadlines and quality in all phases of the assembly process
- Assembly of low-voltage and high-voltage battery components and assemblies
- Responsibility for inventory management of parts, tools and equipment
- Troubleshoot and report bugs to the appropriate teams
- Documentation of production data in the production system
- Collaborate with the manufacturing engineering team to improve processes, equipment and tools, and repair solutions

**Requirements**:

- Completed training as an electronics technician/electrician or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the manufacture and/or repair of electromechanical components
- Experience in the safe handling of medium and high voltage systems up to 1kV DC voltage
- Initial experience with high-performance battery systems, or high willingness to learn
- Initial experience in working with modern production machines or a high willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand written and verbal English instructions. The German language is a bonus
- **Willingness to work shifts (2-shift operation/ early and late shift)**

The interview process would consist of an MS TEAMS interview as the initial stage followed by an experience day at the headquarters. The company will contribute to the cost of the trip to the experience day as stated below:
