Investment Services Associate

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Investment Services Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and communicating risks and returns, as well as providing mitigation solutions to enable the Investment Committee to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and contribute to the underwriting and Investment Memorandum process
- Execute due diligence and contribute to a range of projects, including market analysis and ESG
- Collaborate with Market Officers, Development Managers, and Regional Heads to assess and communicate risk/return characteristics
- Run financial analyses, including cash flow projections and development models
- Coordinate the different parts of the investment memo process and liaise with colleagues and external partners
- Approximately 5+ years' experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience with due diligence, including environmental, technical, and ESG due diligence
- Advanced or master's degree
- High proficiency in Excel and experience with Argus software
- Eager to learn and prepared to work under pressure
- Team player
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
