Join Our Team as an Investment Services Associate

Prologis is a global leader in logistics real estate, with a portfolio of high-quality properties in 19 countries. We're seeking an experienced Investment Services Associate to join our team in Düsseldorf, Germany.

About the Role

The Investment Services Associate will play a key role in identifying and communicating risks and returns, and providing mitigation solutions to enable the Investment Committee to make informed decisions. This will involve assessing and communicating the risk/return characteristics of acquisitions, contributions, developments, and dispositions, and partnering with Market Officers, Development Managers, and Regional Heads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and contribute to the underwriting and Investment Memorandum process
  • Execute on due diligence and contribute to a range of projects, including thought leadership on market analysis, ESG, etc.
  • Run financial analyses, including cash flow projections and development models
  • Coordinate the different parts of the investment memo process for the own region and liaise with different colleagues and external partners
  • Assist in the closing of investments and dispositions, including tracking post-closing obligations
  • Gather and evaluate economic and real estate data
Requirements
  • Approximately 5+ years' experience within a similar role
  • Strong analytical/financial modeling skills
  • Experience with DD, including environmental, technical, and ESG due diligence
  • Advanced/master's degree
  • High proficiency in Excel, experience with Argus software
  • Eager to learn and prepared to work under pressure
  • Team player
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
