Join Our Team as an Investment Services Associate

Prologis is a global leader in logistics real estate, with a portfolio of high-quality properties in 19 countries. We're seeking an experienced Investment Services Associate to join our team in Düsseldorf, Germany.

About the Role

The Investment Services Associate will play a key role in identifying and communicating risks and returns, as well as providing mitigation solutions to enable the Investment Committee to make informed decisions. This will involve assessing and communicating the risk/return characteristics of acquisitions, contributions, developments, and dispositions, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run financial analyses, including cash flow projections and development models
  • Instruct and analyze external due diligence, including EDD, TDD, and ESG
  • Coordinate and prepare written reports articulating the risks and returns of investment propositions to the Investment Committee
  • Coordinate the different parts of the investment memo process for the own region and liaise with colleagues and external partners
  • Assist in the closing of investments and dispositions, including tracking post-closing obligations
  • Gather and evaluate economic and real estate data
Requirements
  • Approximately 5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Experience with DD, including environmental, technical, and ESG due diligence
  • Advanced or master's degree
  • High proficiency in Excel and experience with Argus software
  • Eager to learn and prepared to work under pressure
  • Team player
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
