Join Our IT Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at FERCHAU GmbH. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, and collaborating with our IT team to ensure seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve IT operations
  • Install, configure, and maintain various hardware and software systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and performance
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other productivity software
  • Experience with Active Directory and other IT systems
