Position Overview
As an IT Systems Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting over 800 users. Your expertise will contribute to the stability and efficiency of our systems, allowing us to focus on our mission of supporting mental health recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to users.
  • Ensure smooth operation and efficient support while implementing IT standards.
  • Administer, organize, and continuously develop the IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate on IT projects and take responsibility for specific sub-projects.
  • Assist in projects related to data protection and information security.

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or a degree in computer science or a related field with relevant professional experience.
  • Basic understanding of networking and wireless LAN.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server Administration, HCL Notes, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems in a client environment.
  • Experience with printer management solutions and ticketing systems.
  • Structured and independent work style with a strong service orientation and teamwork skills.
  • Awareness of data protection and information security is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license.
