Specialty Coffee Barista

We are a leading sustainable specialty coffee roastery based in Berlin, Germany. Our mission is to make high-end coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all. We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide, ensuring fair prices and respectful treatment for everyone involved in the value chain.
Our Offer:
- Fixed salary corresponding to 30 weekly working hours, with opportunities for extra shifts and compensation.
- Work in one of our six Coffee Circle Cafés in Berlin, with flexible scheduling and consideration of your preferences.
- 20 days of holidays per year, based on a four-day workweek.

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Brewing our outstanding coffee according to our set Coffee Circle recipes.
- Collecting and managing orders with impeccable customer service.
- Providing table service and acting as an impeccable host.
- Cleaning and maintaining our machines, kitchen, store, and toilets, prioritizing hygiene.
- Representing the Coffee Circle brand and values to customers.
- Providing feedback to management on daily operations.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Fluency in English (B2-C1 level) and conversational German (min. A2 level).
- Previous work experience in Cafés, with a strong passion for coffee.
- Openness and inclusivity, with a commitment to respecting and maintaining high standards.
- Punctuality and reliability, with solid team playing skills.
- Basic Excel/Microsoft Office package skills.
- A valid EU working permit and willingness to work in all our locations.
