Specialty Coffee Barista

We are a leading sustainable specialty coffee roastery based in Berlin, Germany. Our mission is to make high-end coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all. We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide, ensuring fair prices and respectful treatment for everyone involved in the value chain.
Our Offer:
- Fixed salary corresponding to 30 weekly working hours, with opportunities for extra shifts and compensation.
- Work in one of our six Coffee Circle Cafés in Berlin, with flexible scheduling and consideration of your preferences.
- 20 days of holidays per year, based on a four-day workweek.
- Deutschlandticket (public transport) fully paid after your probation period.

Your Role:
- Brew our outstanding coffee while following our set Coffee Circle recipes.
- Collect and manage orders with impeccable customer service.
- Provide table service and act as an impeccable host.
- Clean and maintain our machines, kitchen, store, and toilets, prioritizing hygiene.
- Represent the Coffee Circle brand and values to customers.
- Provide feedback to management on daily operations.
Your Profile:
- Fluency in English (B2-C1 level) and conversational German (min. A2 level).
- 1 year of previous work experience in cafés, with a plus for specialty coffee experience.
- Strong passion for coffee and openness to our community.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
- Ability to respect and maintain high standards.
- Solid team playing skills.
- Basic Excel/Microsoft Office package skills.
- Berlin-based with a valid EU working permit.
