About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead our road construction projects in close coordination with site management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and procuring materials and equipment, ensuring quality and result control of the construction project, and coordinating and instructing subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and lead construction projects in close coordination with site management
  • Lead teams on-site and ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Plan and procure materials and equipment to meet project requirements
  • Ensure quality and result control of the construction project
  • Coordinate and instruct subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Comply with occupational safety and environmental protection measures

Requirements

  • Training as a site manager, master craftsman, or further education as a site foreman
  • Several years of professional experience in road construction or related trades
  • Driver's license Class B
  • Team spirit, assertiveness, and an independent, cautious work style
  • Commitment and reliability
  • Good user knowledge in MS Office
