Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our central team, you will be responsible for building a pool of excellent SAP Vicos that meet the demand of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Vicoland Talent Acquisition team to build a pool of SAP Vicos that meet the demand of our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build SAP Vicos, including marketing campaigns and peer-to-peer recruitment.
  • Source and manage candidates, finding, qualifying, and onboarding them to build a winning Vico.
  • Expand the team to provide for rising Vico demand, hiring and managing your own team.
  • Build and engage the Vico community, motivating them to be active members and driving upselling with clients.
  • Co-define and drive OKRs that directly impact Vicoland's growth trajectory.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in SAP services, including SAP consulting, implementation, and delivery.
  • University or Technical University degree with good or very good results.
  • Excellent communication skills and sound judgment when evaluating people.
  • Fluent in German (at least C2 level) and English.
