Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team. As a key member of our central team, you will be responsible for building up the supply of SAP Vicos and ensuring that we scale the right talent for the right projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Vicoland Talent Acquisition team and develop strategies to build SAP Vicos.
  • Source and manage candidates, finding, qualifying, and onboarding them to build a winning Vico.
  • Expand your team to provide for rising Vico demand and hire and manage your own team.
  • Build the Vico community, engaging and motivating Vicos to be active members.
  • Co-define and be responsible for OKRs that drive forward, impacting Vicoland's growth trajectory.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in SAP services, including SAP consulting, implementation, and delivery.
  • University or Technical University degree with good or very good results.
  • Excellent communication skills and sound judgment when evaluating people.
  • Fluent in German (at least C2 level) and English.
