Head of SAP Talent Acquisition

As Head of SAP Talent Acquisition, you'll play a critical role in building a pool of exceptional SAP Vicos that meet the demands of our clients.

Your mission will be to define and implement strategies to attract, qualify, and onboard top talent for SAP projects. You'll be responsible for leading a team, expanding your network, and driving growth through innovative recruitment and community-building initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our company's success and your own career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the SAP Talent Acquisition team and develop strategies to build a pool of excellent SAP Vicos
* Source and manage candidates, from finding and qualifying to onboarding and mentoring
* Expand your team to meet rising demand and drive growth
* Build and engage the Vico community, fostering a culture of mentalisation and collaboration
* Co-define and drive OKRs that impact Vicoland's growth trajectory

Requirements:

* 4-6 years of experience in SAP services, with a strong understanding of S/4HANA and the SAP portfolio
* University or Technical University degree with good or very good results
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Sound judgment and ability to evaluate people
* Fluency in German (C2 level) and English
