Maintenance Technician (m/w/d) - Aviation Unit

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (m/w/d) to join our Aviation Unit at Orizon GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance processes.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate with production units, production management, and customer service to align maintenance scope, costs, and timelines.
  • Plan, execute, and control maintenance tasks, including workscoping and cost estimation.
  • Verify, steer, and be accountable for maintenance events, focusing on target parameters (TAT, costs, quality), and create Befund- and Auslastungskalkulationen.
  • Investigate and resolve issues in all engine areas, including S/C, and implement corrective actions.
  • Establish quality assurance measures for the maintenance process.
  • Ensure timely completion of customer documentation and maintain related systems and documents.
  • Ensure availability of relevant parts for table inspections.
  • Perform special tasks, participate in projects, or lead them.
About You:
  • Completed vocational training and additional qualifications with a minimum of Technician/Meister or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of engine maintenance and system relationships.
  • Good IT skills, particularly in SAP R/3 and MS-Office.
  • Good knowledge of aviation legislation.
  • Willingness to work in Germany and abroad.
  • Good English skills in writing and speaking.
