Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and technical systems
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks
  • Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers
  • Provide technical support and assistance to residents and colleagues
  • Manage inventory and supplies for maintenance and housekeeping
  • Participate in special events and projects as needed

Requirements

  • Completed technical training or apprenticeship in a relevant field
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in facility management or a related field is an asset
  • Valid driver's license
