Mitarbeiter IT-Support (m/w/d) - Herausforderungen und Möglichkeiten

Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrenen IT-Support-Professional, der sich auf die Herausforderungen und Möglichkeiten im Bereich IT-Support einlassen möchte.

Als Mitarbeiter IT-Support (m/w/d) bei Fokus Academics werden Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams und haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse in der IT-Infrastruktur zu entwickeln.

Die Aufgaben:
  • IT-Support 1st und 2nd
  • Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für technische Anfragen und IT-Probleme
  • Unterstützung bei der Netzwerkadministration
  • Aufbau, Migration, Instandhaltung, Monitoring und Pflege von IT-Netzwerken
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software
  • Arbeit bei IT-Projekten (Rollouts, Migrationen, Support)
  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Verwaltung von Software und Lizenzmanagement von Anwender- und Server-Software
Die Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker
  • Erfahrung im IT-Support und mit Ticketsystemen
  • Allgemeine Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanken, Linux und Programmiersprachen (von Vorteil)
  • Leidenschaft für neue Technologien, analytisches Denkvermögen und Fähigkeit zur Lösung von Problemen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Kundenorientierung und teamfähige Arbeitseinstellung
  • Engagement und strukturierte Vorgehensweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
