Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Lead of Tax to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing processes and implementing new requirements in a rapidly changing environment. You will also coordinate with tax authorities and audits, and adapt to German and international requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to ensure compliance with national and international tax laws
  • Coordinate with tax authorities and audits to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Adapt to changing tax requirements and implement new processes as needed
  • Collaborate with external advisors to ensure best practices in tax management
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in tax and finance, with a focus on national and international tax law
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and requirements in Germany and internationally
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex tax information to non-finance colleagues
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
