Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Lead of Tax to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tax strategies, managing tax compliance, and providing expert advice to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with national and international tax laws
  • Manage tax compliance, including preparation and submission of tax returns, and coordination with tax authorities and audits
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on tax-related matters, including financial planning and budgeting
  • Collaborate with external advisors to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Passion for tax and finance, with a strong understanding of national and international tax laws
  • Several years of experience in tax and finance, with a proven track record of developing and implementing tax strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex tax-related information to non-finance colleagues
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
