Global Tax Lead

In this role, you will work closely with our CFO and other stakeholders to provide tax advice and guidance on complex financial matters. Your ability to analyze complex data and communicate effectively with non-tax professionals will be essential in driving business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and implementing tax strategies that align with our company's global goals
* Ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations
* Identifying opportunities for tax optimization
* Providing tax advice and guidance on complex financial matters

**Requirements:**

* German tax advisor examination graduated or comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in the areas of German & International taxes
* Consulting expertise is a plus
* Experience in guiding junior colleagues in an efficient and respectful manner
* A solid understanding of interactions between tax measures and requirements
* Willingness to familiarize yourself with new requirements
* Good presentation and communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex tax related information to non-finance colleagues
* Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
