Job Description

As a IP/Transport Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Fronthaul, Mid haul and Backhaul deliverables. You will collaborate with team leaders and engineering teams, and work with third-party partners to implement networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure correct implementation of engineering design and network architectures
  • Support configuration and troubleshooting Cisco and Juniper devices
  • Collaborate with SI partner for DCN rollout, upgrades, new connectivity, documentation, ATP execution, etc
  • Collaborate with Operations team for HOTO process, LLD validation, etc
Requirements
  • Relevant Engineering Degree with relevant work experience of 8+ years in networking
  • Strong understanding and hands on experience of networking concepts like TCP/IP, Ethernet, switching, MPLS, VPN, LAN, WAN and SD-WAN and SSL technology
  • Good knowledge about network infrastructure such as different type of fibers, SFPs, Routers, Switches and interconnectivity between Servers, Switches, routers, etc
  • Good knowledge of transport protocols, routing protocols, and security/authentication protocols
  • Should have hands on experience on Networking Automation
  • Preferred certifications include Cisco CCNA/CCNP
Language Skills

Fluent English is must and preferred German language proficiency
