Job Title: Senior Network Capacity Assurance Engineer

At Urban Socializing, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Capacity Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our network operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal capacity of our Core network nodes through efficient dimensioning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate capacity forecasts to ensure network resources are aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for capacity enhancements and drive initiatives to improve network performance.
  • Monitor and analyze network capacity utilization, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance on capacity planning and optimization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in mobile telecom, with a focus on network dimensioning and capacity planning.
  • Strong expertise in IMS/EPC/charging and policing, with experience in Nokia/Cisco and Mavenir products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Programming experience in Python.
  • Big data analysis experience.
  • Project management experience.
