Commercial Performance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Performance Analyst to join our team at Flink. As a key member of our commercial department, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making through critical analysis and insights.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting analyses to optimize product assortment, ensuring the right mix of products to meet demand and maximize profit.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards to provide visibility on key performance metrics, supporting decision-making in the broader commercial team.
- Setting up and executing strategic initiatives that increase basket size, improve margin, and reduce waste.
- Collaborating closely with the category management team to continuously support decision-making based on quantitative findings and insights.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics or strategy in a fast-paced environment or consulting.
- A Master's Degree in Econometrics, Economics, Mathematics, Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or similar fields from a top-tier university.
- Strong quantitative skills, blending technical proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets with practical, street-smart problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to simplify complex analytical concepts and explain them clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Quick comprehension, hands-on mentality, and strong willingness to learn.
- Experience with SQL/Python/PowerBI/Looker (Statistics, hypothesis testing, data visualization) is a plus but not required.
