Job Title: FP&A Senior Analyst

Oliver Wyman is a global leader in management consulting, with a presence in over 70 cities across 30 countries. We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Senior Analyst to join our Europe FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial financial analysis for several Europe markets and practices
  • Analyze key performance indicators across revenue, capacity, utilization, WIP / AR, and costs
  • Support analysis of project and partner economics
  • Engage with business leaders and colleagues to drive quarterly business reviews and annual budget cycle
  • Provide financial counsel on commercial pricing and investment appraisal
  • Lead on ad hoc regional FP&A process improvement and MIS reporting initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of commercial Financial Analysis work experience within a multinational commercial organization
  • Strong Excel skills and financial analysis skills
  • English and German language skills
  • Finance qualification (e.g. CIMA / ACCA / ACA / CPA) desirable
