Commercial Controller

At rebuy, we're on a mission to make circular living accessible to all. As a key member of our commercial controlling team, you'll play a vital role in driving our business forward. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our business operations and financial performance drivers.
- Work closely with our commercial team to provide financial insights and support operational performance steering.
- Take ownership of small to midsize projects to enhance our commercial controlling processes.
- Collaborate with our BI analysts to develop and streamline our data and reporting landscape.
- Support other controlling functions, including operations and FP&A, and take care of ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- University degree in business administration or similar.
- First professional experience in commercial controlling, preferably in ecommerce or C2B business.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to grasp the big picture.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Expertise in Excel, SQL, and Looker, with German a plus.
