Founded in 2007 with our inaugural property acquisition, we boast over 16 years of expertise in real estate investment, financing, and structuring. Our commitment lies in sustainability and long-term ownership, focusing on the acquisition and management of existing properties.
Position OverviewWe are looking for a committed Commercial Property Asset Manager who is eager to engage deeply in our company's essential functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhancing and minimizing ongoing expenses, evaluating operational costs, and formulating cost-saving initiatives
- Overseeing and coordinating leasing processes to maximize rental revenue
- Negotiating and leasing rental agreements for strategically significant properties
- Formulating property strategies and objectives while optimizing property performance within budgetary limits
- Supervising and managing external property management services
- Executing and enforcing potential rent increases
- Reducing rental defaults in collaboration with external property management
- Coordinating owner responsibilities with external service providers
- Managing legal disputes in partnership with external property management
- Identifying property development opportunities and managing associated risks
- Leasing newly acquired properties or those in the acquisition phase
- Updating information in the BERMUC management system
- Overseeing special projects related to property development
- Degree in real estate or a related business field, with relevant experience in the real estate industry
- Strong business insight and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit
- Proficiency in digital processes
- Permanent employment contract with a company-funded pension plan
