Since our inception in 2007, we have cultivated over 16 years of expertise in property acquisition, financing, and structuring, emphasizing sustainability and long-term asset management.

Position Overview

We are looking for a committed Commercial Property Asset Strategist who is eager to engage in critical aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhancing operational efficiency by analyzing costs and devising strategies for expense reduction
  • Overseeing rental processes to maximize income generation
  • Negotiating and leasing rental agreements for key properties
  • Formulating property strategies and objectives while optimizing asset potential within financial limits
  • Managing and supervising external property management teams
  • Implementing strategies for potential rent increases
  • Reducing rental defaults in collaboration with external management
  • Coordinating owner-related tasks with service providers
  • Handling legal matters in partnership with external property management
  • Identifying opportunities for property development and managing associated risks
  • Leasing newly acquired properties or those in the acquisition phase
  • Updating information in the BERMUC management system
  • Overseeing special projects related to property enhancement
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in real estate or a related business field, with relevant experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong business insight and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit
  • Proficiency in digital processes and tools
