Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Letting Manager to join our team at Grand City Property. As a key member of our commercial property team, you will be responsible for managing the entire letting process, from initial contact and viewings to contract negotiation and post-lease administration.
Key Responsibilities- Letting Process Management: Oversee the entire letting process, ensuring seamless communication with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing our commercial property strategy.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of commercial property professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports and analysis to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Qualifications: Immobilienwirtschaftliche Ausbildung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Experience: Berufserfahrung in der erfolgreichen Vermietung von Gewerbeimmobilien.
- Skills: Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, Eigeninitiative, Kundenorientierung, Sozialkompetenz, Akquisitions- sowie Verhandlungsgeschick, gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten, ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Zeitmanagement, sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office, ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Travel and Mobility: Bereit wöchentlich überregional zu reisen und Führerschein der Klasse B.
