  • Conduct sample preparation for transcriptome analysis and ensure high-quality data for downstream applications.
  • Interpret transcriptomic data and collaborate with oncologists to identify key drivers of cancer progression.
  • Develop and optimize methods for isolating circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and perform single-cell RNA-sequencing and DNA sequencing.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and correlations, and contribute to the development of new therapeutic strategies.
  • Write and publish research manuscripts in top-tier scientific journals.
» Your Profile
  • Hold a university degree in biology or a related field and have a strong background in molecular genetics and tissue culture.
  • Have extensive experience in the field of molecular genetics and tissue culture, with a focus on NGS-based genomics and/or transcriptomics.
  • Be passionate about tumor biology and have a strong interest in understanding the underlying mechanisms of cancer progression.
  • Be an effective team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
