  • Conduct sample preparation for transcriptome analysis and ensure high-quality data for downstream applications.
  • Interpret transcriptomic data and collaborate with oncologists to identify key drivers of cancer progression.
  • Develop and optimize methods for isolating circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and perform single-cell RNA-sequencing.
  • Analyze DNA sequencing data from CTCs to identify genetic mutations and develop targeted therapies.
  • Interpret data and write manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
» Your Profile
  • Hold a university degree in biology or a related field and have strong experience in molecular genetics and tissue culture.
  • Have expertise in NGS-based genomics and/or transcriptomics and a scientific interest in tumor biology.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
