At Personio, Customer Experience is a core aspect of our company culture, driving how our customer-facing teams operate. As part of the Emerging Corporates Team, you will empower our customers to maximize their product experience by driving adoption and growth opportunities at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 80 International Emerging Corporates customers in the Mid Market, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted partner throughout their customer journey.
  • Prioritize customer needs to ensure no customer is overlooked or underserved, leveraging data to drive successful adoption and retention.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans for expansion in collaboration with the Growth Manager.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, translating their needs into product requirements to drive innovation and improvement.

Additional Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the Mid Market Customer Success strategy for Emerging Corporate customers, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the proof of concept of our service offering to validate its alignment with customer needs and requirements.
  • Challenge the status quo and seek opportunities for innovation within Customer Success processes and structures.

Requirements for Success:

  • ±5 years of client-facing experience in managing a large customer portfolio, preferably at a SaaS company.
  • Strong prioritization and execution capabilities, driven by customer needs, business impact, and expansion potential.
  • The ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans to drive expansion.
  • An analytical mindset combined with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • A deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • The ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives, and track successful delivery.
  • The ability to excel in a dynamic environment, quickly adapt to challenges, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in German and English.
