Job Title: Assistant Technical Manager (m/f/d)
About the Company: Hyatt Regency in Dusseldorf is looking for an Assistant Technical Manager to join their team. This role involves working closely with the Technical Director and supporting the technical department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections of public areas and technical facilities to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
- Equipment Management: Perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep of technical equipment and guest rooms to ensure seamless operations.
- Guest Services: Handle guest requests and inquiries on-site, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Quality Control: Check functionality and safety in rooms, kitchens, and public areas to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Reporting and Documentation: Document reports using computer systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Technical Director with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Representation: Act as a representative in the absence of the Technical Director, ensuring continuity of operations.
