About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Industry Market Manager to join our team in the Energy market. As an Industry Market Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing captivating marketing strategies for the dynamic energy market segment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain valuable insights into customer preferences and market trends, allowing you to craft messaging and positioning our products that truly connects with our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Drive and support successful product launches in the assigned region and vertical market
- Develop marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for the energy market
- Work with Product Managers to ensure that future products meet customer needs and are positioned effectively in the market
- Conduct market research to identify target audience, customer needs and market trends
- Develop messaging and value proposition that resonates with target audiences, such as automation engineers, project managers, procurement, and executives
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Communications to address the target audience needs according to their buyer journey
- Collaborate with Marketing Communication in order to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement for an improved buyer journey
- Develop, distribute, and present segment related Marketing content including presentations, videos, articles, tutorials, etc. for the further use by Marketing Communications
- Work with sales teams to develop sales tools, trainings and enablement materials that align with marketing messaging and enable the sales team to achieve revenue goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in in the assigned vertical market and share that knowledge with the broader team
- Determining the optimal price for the product to maximize revenue and profitability, while considering market competition and customer perception
- Bachelor's degree in engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent English (written and spoken), any other European languages is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years work experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product (Marketing) Manager or Market Manager or similar role within the Energy vertical market
- Proven experience of working in cross-functional teams
- Independent development of Go-to-Market strategies
