We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner to support the Managing Director of the Medical Systems Division at Olympus in defining and executing the strategic roadmap for the medical businesses in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Managing Director in preparing and organizing communication to global and EMEA headquarters, as well as regional events and conferences
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and senior leadership for effective communication and collaboration
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects, ensuring coordination among teams and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement efforts within the division, focusing on process optimization and efficiency
- Represent the Managing Director in meetings and engagements, providing strategic counsel and guidance
- Offer expert advice on business and operational matters, leveraging industry knowledge and best practices
- Take on ad-hoc responsibilities and special projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Conduct in-depth analyses, develop strategic recommendations, and drive next steps, ensuring alignment with company goals
Your Ideal Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with a focus on medical technology
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a strategy consultancy or a similar industry
- Proven track record of success in MedTech, Life Science, or Pharma industries, with a strong understanding of the market and trends
- Excellent analytical and systematic thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
