About the Role

As a Global HR Business Partner at Bauer Media Group, you will play a key role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives. Based in Hamburg, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to align business strategies with people management objectives across 14 Bauer locations worldwide.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational performance
  • Partner with the Transformation Enablement team to drive cultural transformation and organizational change
  • Support organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with CoEs to lead talent management processes, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or consultant in a dynamic, international environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen, with a process-driven and data-oriented approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with a persuasive and confident approach
  • Proactive and hands-on, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
