- Diagnose and resolve advanced issues related to Azure infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to address critical incidents and ensure service continuity.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional who can lead our IT team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management, preferably within the EMEA region.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security practices.
- Experience with MS Office 365, Exchange, Azure, and IT helpdesk software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and oral.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant frameworks.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) and project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Chinese, both written and oral.
