IT Technical Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team at Zoho Corporation Europe.
Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end ManageEngine solution presales engagements through face-to-face and online meetings.
Provide technical Response to RFI/RFP & conduct reseller/partner training.
Collaborate with product engineering teams to stay up to date on ManageEngine product and feature updates.
Engage with existing ManageEngine customer to make sure they are happy customers and identify any upsell/cross sell opportunities, if any.
Act as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for the strategic accounts.
Requirements Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IAM, PAM, IT Security and IT service management.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Willingness to travel within/outside EU to meet customers, partners, and prospects.
Pre-sales/Technical Account Management/ IT Team leader experience is an added advantage.
Fluency in English and Germany is mandatory for this role

It is important for the applicant to hold a national or EU passport, have a valid work authorization and be within commutable distance. The successful candidate will be subjected to background verification in compliance with the national legislation and market standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role, preferably in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IT security, service management, endpoints management and monitoring and IT analytics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with prospective clients, customers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
