Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Process Expert MSB, der sich auf die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen in der Energiewirtschaft spezialisiert hat.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Teilnahme an der Gestaltung einer effektiven und effizienten System- und Prozesslandschaft in Abstimmung mit den betroffenen Führungskräften aus IT und Fachbereich
  • Aufnahme und Bewertung von fachlichen Anforderungen sowie deren übergreifende Priorisierung im Rahmen der Product Backlogs für ein spezifisches Produkt oder Prozesscluster (Netzanschluss, Auftragsmanagement, Wechselprozesse, intelligente Messsysteme / CLS-Management)
  • Proaktive Optimierung und Erweiterung der Systeme und Prozesse innerhalb des zu verantwortenden Prozessclusters
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten
Voraussetzungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufs- und / oder Prozesserfahrung bei oder im Umfeld von Netzbetreibern, Messstellenbetreibern und Energiedienstleistern
  • Erfahrungen im agilen Umfeld, Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung (BPMN 2.0) und in den Methoden des Requirements Engineering
  • Beratungs-, Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten; Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
