ZEISS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Consultant SAP to join our team. As a key member of our FIT4 project, you will play a crucial role in implementing our company's #agenda25.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business and IT experts to collect business requirements and specify process adaptations.
- Analyze business requirements towards the global SAP template, ensuring alignment with business representatives and IT experts.
- Design and implement end-to-end process adaptations to global template processes, improving efficiency, effectiveness, speed, flexibility, and compliance.
- Support change control and demand management of ZEISS entities live in SAP S/4HANA.
- Contribute functional and process expertise to design to-be processes, identifying potential handover points and interfaces.
- Prepare to-be process design decisions within E2E workstreams and ZEISS MED process owners.
- Coordinate efficient design work and drive transformation in the ZEISS MED segment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Backlog grooming, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Retro.
- Support training concept and training documents creation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in Logistics Management with Devices and/or Implants & Disposables.
- In-depth understanding of E2E Inbound-to-Outbound business processes, including (Extended) warehouse management, Transportation management, Management of 3PL, and Integration with logistics-related processes & systems.
- Proven experience with business requirements management and design of business processes.
- Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems.
- Relevant industry knowledge.
- Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
- Ability to build networks and keenness to work in intercultural and interdisciplinary global teams.
- Business fluent in English and German (must have).
- Willingness to travel.
