Join Our Team as a Hotel Receptionist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Hotel Receptionist (m/w/d) to join our team at the Altstadt Hotel BräuWirt in Weiden. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing reservations, check-in, and check-out processes
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Working closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Completed hotel management training or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Fluency in German and good English skills
