Join Our Team as a Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team at the Altstadt Hotel BräuWirt in Weiden. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and managing the front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing reservations, check-in, and check-out processes
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with the hotel team to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience
Requirements:
  • Completed hotel management training or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency in German and basic knowledge of English
